At Your Facility
Although most system issues can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone, there are times when you may need an onsite troubleshooter. DTS can provide complete support on location between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Response Times
DTS responds quickly. Between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, we guarantee to return troubleshooting phone calls within 20 minutes. Between the hours of 5:30pm and 8:30pm Monday to Friday, phone calls are returned within 1 hour.

Ticket System
DTS uses a Service Management System to track and monitor trouble reports. We use a sophisticated ticket system to save important information for future reference.

Loaner Equipment
In the event that the issues you are experiencing are too extensive to fix over the phone or onsite, your system may require complete replacement or repair. DTS provides loaner equipment installations to help you avoid unnecessary downtime.

Training

Onsite
DTS provides onsite training at prescheduled times. Covering everything from daily operation to regular maintenance practices, our training sessions are thorough and easy to digest, provided in a minimum of one-hour time slots.

Training Materials
You are provided with comprehensive training materials including important manufacturer operation manuals. We guide you through each essential document until you are fully comfortable with the system.

Dedicated Representative
A DTS training representative is assigned to your account. Our training experts are well versed on the systems we build and are privy to the specific functions and overall operation of your customized system before any training sessions are administered.
